Meredith is, frankly, OUTSTANDING. My listing property had hurdles; the buyers had hurdles; my insistence on my next property in a specific venue, to say it had hurdles, is a gross understatement.  No joke, Meredith Harris delivered on them ALL.  Seriously, one for the books.  Should go in the annals of Realty.  Choose Meredith.  TRULY.  I had 2 realtors prior to these two transactions.  NO COMPARISON.  Meredith Harris will deliver on EVERYTHING you ask for.  I am STILL in Awe.

We hired Meredith to find us a beach condo.  We weren't able to be there in person so we were relying completely on her expertise, honesty, and integrity.  She was awesome! She walked us through every step of the way, let us know when to be cautious, and answered our million questions generously and without hesitation.  Because of Meredith, the entire process went smoothly from start to finish, including hiring a property management company and closing at a distance.  I highly, highly recommend her, and we will most definitely be using her services in the future!

If your looking for a realtor that is knowledgeable, quick to respond, and knows the area Meredith is the Perfect Realtor for you. From day one to closing day she was there planning and scheduling showings, assisting with documentation needed by having working relationships with other Realtor and even local lending companies. By far the best in the business, it was a pleasure having her on our side especially with this being our first investment property we purchase. We will defiantly be calling on her again soon.

Meredith actually listened to us when we told her what we were looking for and we bought the second property she showed us.  She also sold a vacant lot for us within days after it was listed.  she's been available for questions and has even sent videos and pictures of our house while it's being built as we currently live out of the state.  Five Star Review

Meredith was immensely helpful in guiding us through the process of purchasing our first home.  Her impressive knowledge of the Gulf Shores area and it's unique intricacies came in especially handy.  Before closing, out lenders were dragging their feet with paperwork and making life generally more difficult for all of us, but Meredith stepped in and kicked them into gear.  We could not have made it through close without her!  Now we're moved in and could not be happier in our new Gulf Shores home.

We came to Gulf Shores/OB area for Spring Break with our kids in March and decided to buy property.  RE/MAX is who we deal with at home so we used their site to look at properties and Meredith is who called us back.  Talk about luck, we could not have designed a better realtor from scratch!  She was on top of or ahead of every issues that came up (and there were so many issues with the builder.). She didn't blink when we decided to change our minds on the first property and likely spent every minute of her weekend to help us get what we wanted when we were  on a tight deadline.  She was our advocate.  She was our messenger.  She took pictures for us.  She responded to our emails and texts within an hour (usually much quicker) and made it so easy to relax almost 400 miles away because we had 110% faith that she had it handled.  People like Meredith are hard to find these days.  She's perfect for you if you are a "type A" personality/control freak (and perfect if you're not.). You won't be let down at all.  In fact, if you can believe this, we still have never met her in person (COVID) but we feel like she's a personal friend now.  Home buying is a stressful process.  It should be easy, but the variables involved can cause even the most cut-and-dry deals to have bumps.  do yourself a favor, hire Meredith.  If things start to go off-track even a little, she will take care of it or help you figure it out.

Meredith contacted me after I inquired about a condo on Zillow. Even though we weren't ready to buy at that time, she was very patient with us and got us the information we requested.  She checked back with us every few weeks and made suggestions as we built a list of our ideal specs for a condo.  Once we were ready to look at condos, she took us out several times in a short space of time and helped us find the perfect place within a week.  After finding a condo, she helped us navigate buying it and re-inspecting it after a hurricane came through.  We highly recommend Meredith Harris!

You will not find a realtor that will go above and beyond the way Meredith did for me.  Every step of the way she was honest, considerate, forthright and hard working.  Here are a few things to expect when working with Meredith: 1. Real estate expertise and experience: She knows the ins and outs of her business.  She knows how to handle the common stuff, but knows enough to handle any unique or unusual scenario that could come up.  Any realtor could learn something from Meredith. 2. Alabama, Baldwin county and Gulf Shores: She knows the area, the people, the local ordinances and code and how to navigate it. 3. Referrals: Each professional she recommended was a pleasure to work with.  If it weren't for Meredith's team, I think there would have been a lot of surprises. 4. Responsiveness/Hard working: She will be with you every step of the way, she answers calls and texts right away.  There was never a time that it didn't feel like she was working for me and my purchase. 5. Negotiations: Every step of this transaction was fair and reasonable.  There were things that came up in the inspection and I am very happy with our agreement with the seller. 6. Honest and Trustworthy: Meredith is the first realtor that I've worked with that really never felt like a sales person.
